Michelle joins SFG with over 20 years of management experience through her various roles at Fifth Third Bank. She will be initially helping SFG to streamline it's processes through documentation review and development, along with quality and compliance audits. She will be leading project implementation, team leadership initiatives, and handling day-to-day operations.
Michelle is a Cincinnati native, and holds an AA in Liberal Arts from University of Cincinnati along with a BA in Quality Management from College of Mount Saint Joseph.
